Sausage Ragu and Rigatoni

Cooking Classes at the Tuscan Market Salem New Hampshire
Guests will be guided by their instructor through the process of making their own egg pasta dough, which will be sheeted and shaped into classic rigatoni. Guests will also enjoy a demonstration on how to prepare sausage ragù. The finished dish will be served for tasting, featuring Tuscan Brands pasta. A server will be available for guests who wish to order from our in-house menu.
